From the start, she was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand our vision and bring a perfect bespoke design to life. We chose two different flavors, including an old family sultana cake recipe. While it's not your traditional wedding cake flavor, Tess didn't hesitate for a second—and the result was absolutely delicious. (In fact, we are still enjoying the leftovers weeks later and it tastes just as good, if not better!)
Tess also beautifully incorporated the musical score from my bridal processional into the design. This was incredibly special to us, as my husband had written words to the piece for his choir to sing as I walked down the aisle. We are so grateful for Tess’s time, talent, and the extraordinary care she put into creating such a meaningful, memorable centerpiece for our day.”
